AutoCore, together with Beiqi Technology and Ruixin Micro, released the AutoRobo domestic robot platform to open up the last kilometer of "prototype to mass production"
All-in-One software and hardware integration platform to accelerate the implementation of robots from test prototypes to commercial deployment
[Nanjing, China] — [December 10, 2025] — AutoCore partnered with Ruixin Micro and Beiqi Technology to jointly launch the AutoRobo localized robot platform based on the RK3588 + RK1828 calculation card. The platform deeply integrates Ruixin original robot SDK and AutoCore mass production software stack to create a real sense from the chip, hardware design, to the full localization of the software stack, independent intellectual property rights, rapid mass production solutions, completely open up the "last mile" engineering bottlenecks from innovative prototypes to commercial deployment, help enterprises eliminate engineering bottlenecks, significantly shorten product launch cycles, improve the reliability and security of the entire life cycle, and provide enterprises with a safe and controllable robot mass production platform.
Deep chip-level optimization to unlock the potential of domestic computing power
With the RK3588 flagship AIoT chip as the core, AutoRobo's localization solution has built an efficient heterogeneous computing architecture of "master control + dedicated AI coprocessor RK1820/1828" to achieve a complete closed loop from perception, decision-making to control, and a breakthrough combination of determinism, integration, and full lifecycle management:

Dual-engine computing power architecture for 26 tops performance
The main chip RK3588 adopts 8 nm process, integrates 4 × A76 and 4 × A55 CPU cores, and built-in 6 tops NPU, which is responsible for motion control, multi-sensor fusion and high-level decision-making tasks.
Through the PCIe 3.0 direct connection RK1820/RK1828 dedicated AI computing card, based on the advantages of high bandwidth and high computing power brought by RK182X built-in 3D stacked DRAM, it supports 3B/7B parameter models such as LLM/VLM to directly reason at the edge, and achieves 100 TPS level output performance. At the same time, it supports the deployment of VLA/VLN and other models on the end, and realizes end-to-end action planning, path planning, obstacle avoidance and other tasks.

Software base for certainty and reliability: AutoCore.OS
Innovate the "dual-core" architecture and bid farewell to the pain points of ROS2 mass production: AutoRobo is based on the innovative AutoCore.OS mass production operating system and adopts a "dual-core" heterogeneous computing architecture to achieve perfect isolation and efficient collaboration between deterministic real-time tasks (such as millisecond-level motion control) and high-throughput non-real-time tasks (such as AI vision and multi-sensor fusion) on a single chip.
Microsecond control accuracy: The built-in AutoCore EtherCAT master protocol in the real-time kernel provides microsecond precision control for multi-axis servo systems.
Fill the gap between prototype and mass production: While fully compatible with ROS2, it fundamentally solves the core problems of communication jitter, uncertainty and poor system stability of the open source ROS2 solution in complex networks and application scenarios, providing a predictable, manageable and reliable foundation for commercial landing.
Complete mass production core capabilities: The software stack has built-in enterprise-class functions necessary for large-scale deployment of robots, including system-level health management, runtime management framework, system diagnostics, data encryption and decryption services, lightweight sandbox, and reliable "software online upgrade (OTA)".
Deep integration of hardware and software to accelerate application development
Highly pre-integrated hardware platform: The AutoRobo platform pre-integrates a wealth of buses and interfaces such as EtherCAT, Ethernet (including TSN), can, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, and can seamlessly connect mainstream chassis, robotic arms, lidar, and various sensors. This "pre-integrated, pre-validated" design saves customers months of hardware selection and driver adaptation work and significantly reduces project risk.
Ruixin Micro SDK accelerates the development and implementation: With Ruixin Micro Robot SDK, customers can quickly complete the modular construction of motion control + visual perception + decision reasoning + business interaction under a unified software framework.
SDK provides: rich module integration: complete robotic audio solutions (AI noise reduction, echo cancellation, etc.), high-quality visual perception algorithms (binocular depth estimation, anti-shake optimization, etc.), and a rich ModelZoo model library that customers can plug and play and quickly build prototypes.
Lower integration threshold: The SDK provides a complete interface specification and example engineering, supports mainstream sensors and peripherals, and significantly shortens the development cycle.
Out of the box application stack: The AutoCore platform has built-in field-proven algorithm packages that natively integrate optimized MoveIt!, NAV2 and other frameworks. Combined with the advantages of the Ruixin Micro SDK, developers can quickly achieve high-precision autonomous navigation and complex multi-axis robotic arm collaborative control without starting from scratch, achieving "out of the box, fast to market".
Reliability and security throughout the lifecycle
Defense-in-depth security system: The platform provides a complete set of enterprise-level security features, including a defense-in-depth information security system that supports secure boot, data encryption, and end-to-end access control.
Continuous and stable operation guarantee: Through continuous health monitoring and failure self-healing mechanism, the long-term stable operation of the equipment is guaranteed to meet the stringent commercial on-site operation requirements of large-scale robot clusters for 7 × 24 hours.
Target customers and typical application scenarios
AutoRobo is ideal for robot OEMs, system integrators, and innovation teams pursuing rapid productization, and is ideal for developing next-generation autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), collaborative robots, distribution robots, and commercial service robots. By handing over the underlying engineering challenges common in mass production to the platform, customers can devote valuable R&D resources to creating core values such as defining products, optimizing algorithms, and improving user experience.
Tripartite cooperation
In this strategic cooperation, the three parties worked closely together to provide the industry with a full-stack, fully-owned intellectual property robot mass production solution from the chip to the software stack:
Ruixin Microelectronics: provides the core AIoT chip and computing power architecture (RK3588 + RK1828), as well as the robot SDK, unleashing the potential of domestic computing power.
Beiqi Technology: Give full play to its advantages as a strategic partner of SCM, provide professional hardware customized services and system integration to ensure the reliability of the hardware platform.
AutoCore: Provides the production-grade AutoCore.OS operating system and AutoRobo software protocol stack to completely solve the production pain points of the open source solution and ensure the high certainty, reliability and safety of the overall robot system.
Together, the three parties have opened up the "last mile" of robots from innovative prototypes to commercial mass production.
